cost of repair to fix heater door

check coolant level first,if full grab hold of the two heater hoses,see if both are bout to hot to hold in your hands,after getting engine to normal operating temp,turn heater on high,hot?

Also, is the temperature gauge reading about 1/2 way when engine is warmed up? .. As stated, both em heater hoses ought to be HOT!
