Cooling fan issue

What is your question?

Cooling fan won't come on. I've replaced fan because one blade was broke off. I've replaced cooling fan sending unit. AC also only get cold when car is moving.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing...........

How long has your 2013 Hyundai Sonata had this problem?
