coolant temperatrue sensor location

What is your question?

"Check Engine Soon" light illumination for 2005 Ford Explorer 4.6L V8. I have already replaced the thermostat, which is the associated code. The light is still on, for which the suggestion was to replace the Coolant Temperature Sensor. I have this part, but am not certain where the original location for this Temp Sensor is.

How long has your 2005 Ford Explorer had this problem?
