Do you have a scanner that reads 'live data'? rather than just codes? " CODES" are NOT 'diagnostic' , in the sense that they tell you what is wrong , they are there to point you in a direction to test/troubleshoot and verify. They are a job AID , although , in many cases , certain common codes (read that as poor quality control for the manufacturer) do tend to lead to 'parts'! See a lot of expensive guesswork on this sight , so if I piss somebody off , but save them some money by saying that ,......oh well!
