Replaced with brand new battery and also replaced the part for brake pedal . Getting power to everything but car still will not crank and run . HELP

TESTING for property charged battery - then for FULL battery power to starter motor is required.. Battery may very well have enough charge to illuminate lights and turn on accessories - however it may not have enough charge to CRANK the engine.

Even NEW batteries can have insufficient charge.
