car starting

DEFINE "turns over" , "won't start right away" (seconds or minutes?) When it finally starts , is it rough at first ,then smooths out ? fast/slow idle speed?...Are you hitting the gas pedal when your trying to start it (if so odds are your flooding it) which in that case you'd need plugs by now too...........................never mind ....................boom.
