both should be on the same flasher relay.part #LM449 ...$20.00 PLUS TAX.The flasher is located above the parking brake.
The parking brake needs to be unbolted from the body.
3 nuts on studs hold it on. Top one is impossible to see and
must be done by feel. Hard to move away when unbolted.
The flasher is also very hard to pull out of the socket-
hard to grab while laying all twisted half out of the car.
The moron that designed the location for this should be strung up by the
nards.
just finished fixing the flasher problem changed it out ,yes it is a chore to get at must take brake down like I was told took about 3.5 hrs to do hope new one lasts because proably wont change again thank you Toyota lets see the engineer change this out what a joke thank you stevieray in pointing me in right direction

glad you got it done.engineer not thinking to good.if they had to change one,they would move it.
