can you use regular oil in a 2017 Nissan Rouge

Check your owners manual for information on oil. Its best to use whatever the manufacturer calls for and all the info is in the manual. Personally I'd go synthetic but I just looked through the manual it doesn't specifically say you need synthetic. *Whichever* route you take - strongly recommend adhering closely to the manufacturers suggested service interval / mileage! Some people are lulled into thinking synthetic oils are good for extremely extended engine service intervals .. That can lead to serious problems... For one thing - not keeping a check on the engine oil level...
