Can my distributor cause my truck to sputter missfire an go dead an flood?

Yeah its a 3.3L .....i ordered a case disk censor put that in an abt a week later it started doin that so im gonna order a whole distributor shaft Thursday...nissans r somethin else

Those distributors give a BUNCH of trouble!!!.. A BUNCH!!!!! You're better off replacing the assembly!!!!!!!

Am i gonna have to put my truck in time after i replace my distributor shaft?

The new distributor has got to go back EXACTLY like the old one comes out!!!!... I think your best bet is to get some hands-on help with this as it is obvious you've never done it before!
