Can coolant leak from intake manifold gasket

What is your question?

Bubbles in cooling system overheating. I replaced thermostat, radiator, radiator cap, and hoses. Block tested for head gasket and passed, pressure tested and passed.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Worse when hot engine on acceleration
