Can anyone tell me why my Cruise Control would just quit working..?

The fuse is good. What do you mean by the Poss codes? I was also told that the brakes being no good could make this happen. At this moment the brakes have all been replaced because i did lose my brakes. New Pads on and Bled all the brakes, they still didn't work. Bought a new pump,{Master Cylinder} still no brakes. My list of problems could go on but for now this is my main problem. On the good side, for a 4.00 part i got my Stereo working again..it seems never ending with problems.. Ended up buying a whole new Stereo System with Nav. Battery dies after 2 years, i constantly replace my battery. Locks are always machine gunning. I have had this fixed two times already. Windshield wiper Tank cracked, i had to buy a new one. I can go on and on..

Fixed brakes, fixed a lot of problems with this Ml 320. There are constant problems with this Mercedes Benz. I will never own another one sadly. I did go through the problem also with the Acceleration Speed from the Cruise Control. I almost crashed with my daughter in the car with me. As i hit the brakes to slow down, the cruise control accelerated. I had to put the car in Neutral and shut the car off, there was no other way to stop the car and i ran off the road to avoid crashing into other cars. I understand this is another problem and another Recall. It happened to me again and i just missed smashing into a tree. It seems there are many Recall items on a few different models of the Mercedes. They should be ashamed for the price they charge for their BRAND NAME! It is true that if the brake lights are not working, the Cruise Control will not work. Still remains the Recall of the Cruise Control if you can get them to admit it.
