blower motor doesn't work, climate control unit doesn't come on. Fuse#22 is good

there is no fuse box cover under dash to diagram fuse numbers. Is the fuse in the engine compartment box or under the dash?

First is it auto or manual a/c.

I'm trying to find a diagram of the fuse box. The same fuse powers the blower relay and the control head. Found it; from the bottom left, from left to right, is 1-6, the next row up is 7-12 then the fuses have only 4 fuses in the next 2 rows and count the same way.
