Block test, new water pump, fans, hoses overheats after 25 min. 55 mph driving.

Thanks. We have a new radiator cap. We had the radiator flushed. All those new parts. Our next step was to replace the radiator. In all my day I have seen blown head gaskets, cars that overheated for various reasons but nothing as crazy as this. It runs great and it is very frustrating to think it is fixed just to have it overheat a half hour later. Thanks for the validation.

Also , if you here a sloshing noise in the heater core, it's possible to have an air pocket in the motor, sometimes they are difficult to get out , and it will cause this as well.

Thanks! We do not here the sloshing from the heater core. Appreciate your brainstorming with me. Wanted to see if I was not thinking of something as I try to think of everything. The electric fan does come on, now. It has been replaced. I am sure my son did the block test at high rpm's but I will double check with him. Thanks!
