What is your question?
oil dripping - only when driving, noticed post morning heavy traffic commute- not leaking before- driving performance not affected, nor was the engine running hot. Do i need to get it towed or can I drive it?
How long has your 2010 Lexus RX450h had this problem?
just now

Hello, tough question to answer. The concern here is that you do not know the source of your fluid leak -- engine? Transmission? Axles? Evaporative water (dirty)? Brake fluid? Without knowing the source of the leak, it's hard to say if you can drive it or need to tow it. My suggestion would be: 1) check all fluids and see if you notice any that have fallen low 2) note any driving characteristics that have changed - for example, are the brakes not acting as they used to? If fluid levels have not appreciably changed, and the vehicle appears to be driving normally otherwise, then I would say it would be OK to cautiously drive the vehicle to the repair facility.
Naturally occurring condensation combined with exhaust particles leaking from the muffler 'weep hole' looks just like “black oil†.... As stated - *hands-on* inspection / evaluation by qualified personnel will be required..
