Simple fix. A video on YouTube showed me the trick. You need to remove the plastics from the interior of the back door, this is difficult, just take your time so you don't crack the plastics. Once you get them off you'll see a small latch with a spring on it. Just loosen the bolt and reload the spring and that should get the job done!
