almost impossable to re-fuel with gasoline

What is your question?

keeps kicking fuel pump handle off/even with small amount entering or runs gasoline back out on ground. takes forever to re-fuel.Mechanic looked and blew air into tank, said he saw nothing wrong. Could a vent hose be mashed,colapsed,evape. cannister plugged,or vent plugged. no codes, but cussing at fuel station un-necessary

There is a vent hose that goes to the fuel filler neck (where you insert the nozzle) and the top of the gas tank. Check to make sure this hose is not clogged or pinched.
