What is your question?
All the warning lights are on. ABS, parking brake, traction control, every one is on. I'm told it could be the right wheel sensor which is common in the Scion. Is this usually true and do I have to take it to the dealer to get it fixed or is this something I can replace myself? Can I run a diagnostics to see if this is truly the issue? Also no one can get my oil filter off, seems its stuck. Is there a trick to getting it off without breaking it?

This is not a DIY issue as a professional scan test is what it is going to take to find out why the lights are on!.. 'NOBODY' can tell what it is without the scan test!!.. Any good independent shop should be able to do this... Not a parts store, they don't have the proper equipment... As for the oil filter cover... It takes a special socket made of steel (not the plastic type) to remove it.. If it's already been messed up by using the wrong tools... No choice but to use a BIG pair of 'quality' slip-joint pliers to remove it then install a *new cover*.. It was over-tightened during the last engine service by someone that had no idea what they were doing!!! Stay away from that person for auto service in the future.. Good luck!
