All 4 windows not rolling up. Stop and start. A delay in all switches.

Try generously lubricating ALL window 'glides' with silicone spray lube...top to bottom and let it run down window edge. There are 2 glide groves per window of course... Does it do better with engine running?... Maybe revved up a bit??
