What is your question?
This happens all the time. You start to roll down the windows and they stop. You let off the switch for about 3-5 seconds and then hit the switch and they go up another 3in. You have to do that to get the windows to roll up. It is the same on all the doors in the car. It happens on any door window switch in the car. Thanks trying to fix the wife's car.

Try generously lubricating ALL window 'glides' with silicone spray lube...top to bottom and let it run down window edge. There are 2 glide groves per window of course... Does it do better with engine running?... Maybe revved up a bit??
It sounds like you are having some type of electrical issue or the body computer is malfunctioning. If you want us to check this out please call (313) 334-3596 or schedule an appointment on line at StansGarage.net. I am sure we can diagnose it and give you the answer you need. Larry
I'm not familiar with the body computer. So it can also be a loose wire some ware in the car?
I'll try the silicone spray. It does it running in park or driving down the road.
The lube will help!
