After replacing a complete motor, do i need to have it sync with this computer?

What is your question?

Over heated this motor so decided to replace complete motor, This motor came with all the wiring. Will I need to have the motor and computer synced at a dealership. I know on newer vehicles replacing almost anything including the radio you must take it to a dealer to have it synced. What about a motor replacement?

Is it an EXACT replacement? Does it start and run with no check engine light coming on , other than the initial 'key-on self-test?

Yes, its an exact replacement. Same year and type vehicle with all the wiring connected. Nothing cut. Have not completed the replacement as of yet. Just trying to get a heads up on weather ill need to trailer it to a dealer in order to get it to run. Thanks for the reply. Will let you know what happens.
