After topping of gas,, after fill up, my car
Stalled as soon as I put my foot on the brake, it would restart only after putting it in park and turned the key off and restart
It, but you have to give immediately give it gas or it will stall. I had an emmisions part put in it and it stopped leaking gas, I told Kia about the part and left the old one in the box in my car, it was 60.00dollars for my husband's mechanic
To put it in. They put another piece in my car, the exact same piece that was put in by my husband's me hanic, Kia just called me and told me it's leaking gas and stalling every time your off the gas.
They just called me and said it needs a new EVAP system, and with the replacement of the part my husband mechanic just put in would be 2,000
Dollars. I only have 34,000miles on this 2006 Kia Spectra. Thank you in advance for all your help.

We just had a Hurricane, I took it to Kia last Wed.
When the gas station fuel pump nozzle clicks off the first time and tank is full - stop refueling.. Do not attempt to force more fuel into the tank.
