should be under the hood fuse/relay box. Maybe labeled HAC/HVAC/AC or Relay#4

no I did buy this car in Florida and have no manual The Kia's we have her are diference they are from Korea I live in Curacao
Really! That is strange that Hyundia would not make sure Kia included an owners manual with ALL of their vehicles!
this car has no relay box under the hood or in the car it is a 2012 kia rio
should be left side behind headlight - refer to your manual as well
