AC makes rattling noise when turned on after blower motor replacement
What is your question?
I replaced my blower motor in my 2015 Nissan Versa. When I turned the AC on, the fan makes a loud rattle like noise when I turn it to speeds 2, 3 & 4. What could the problem be?

Unfortunately it is Impossible for us to answer your question - we can’t possibly determine what has taken place during the installation.. I suppose it is possible the blower motor is defective - - foreign object in the blower wheel or inside the heater case. **Hands-on** inspection / evaluation will be required. Good luck!
