Check for power and ground at the motor. If power and ground is present, and the motor does not turn on, then you have a failed motor. If you have no power and ground, you have a wiring, switch, resistor or control concern.

Yeah checked fuse first it's good. Then replaced resistor now it's not working but you can hear a sound like it's trying to kick on
Remove blower motor - inspect blower *fan wheel* and heater cavity for any foreign material - bench test blower motor. Good luck!
