ABS, ESP, and check engine light is on. THe following codes are 1425, 0521, 1789

5420, 5116, 5113, 5399, 7266, 5112, 1991, 1961. This all seemed to happen right after the following was done, left front wheel bearing and abs sensor, new rear struts brakes and rotors, new back tires. After I got the codes I also replaced the front tires. When you first pull out you hear a grinding in the front end, after that all is fine but all the lights stay on.
