ABS and cruise control light flashing then ABS turns off and the other doesn't ?

What could be causing this the abs turns off when I'm driving but not the cruise light but when you apply the brakes the abs light comes back on then goes off I don't know what's causing the problem the brakes seem to be fine and the cruise is off but the light continuously flashes this happens every time you start the car it just all of a sudden started but there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the car

Problem is in the ABS system .. Cruise control is disabled 'any time' a brake system fault is detected .. Professional scan test is the ONLY way to find this type problem .. Can guess at it from now on and be wrong every time! .. Your local independent full service auto repair shop 'should be' adequately equipped to take care of this for you .. I took it in there's nothing wrong with the abs system or cruise control they can't tell me why the lights are flashing but now it's leaking water on the drivers side inside the car when the a.c. is on could it possibly be a short or a fuse or that the water leaking in the car is causing all this
