A rattling sound coming from engine while accelerating

I'm getting a rattling or a knocking sound as I accelerate that usually happens when I hit my RPMs hit 1,500 or 2,000. I've also noticed that it only seems to do this when it's warm weather or when my truck has been running for a while and the engine is warm.
