6 disc CD player has cd error

The error code is most likely a code generated if the laser does not see that a disc is ready to play. On many of these 6 disc changers you will find various mechanical problems even small plastic parts that fail. You may want to have a shop that is experienced in repairing these units to take a look at this complicated stereo system

i had the EXECT same problem in my 02 XR. took it to the dealer, they replaced it for free. HOWEVER, it was still under warranty at that time.

6 disc CD player has "cd error" & will not eject or play the cd's that are in it. How do I get it to work & eject my cd's from it?
