What is your question?
I have a 2009 traverse. I had the check engine light code come back as exhaust camshaft sensor. So i put the new sensor in and it still ran rough. Upon further research I started reading about timing chain problems that cause the CEL to show the code for that sensor. You can definitely tell it's out of time. Anyone else dealt with thus?

Gm had a lot of issues with the timing chains on these engines. The first attempt at a fix was reprogramming the ECU. Next up was a timing chain replacement along wiht a few other items that are related. There was an extended warranty offered for 10 years or 120,000 miles. Its best you call your dealer and give them your vin number they can let you know if your car is covered. Alex
