2009 clk 350 shut down and can’t get it out of park

What is your question?

Pulled out of garage and it just quit. Put it into park to restart. Key turned with not noise like it would with weak battery. Then couldn’t get out of park. Light don’t dim when key is turned. Got out of park by pushing park release in console.
