2006 Honda Pilot radiator cooling fan not coming on while running

2006 Honda Pilot radiator cooling fan not coming on all by itself while
running(it does trigger when car is off which it's done since I had it.), but will
trigger both fans when passing the middle point on temp gauge. I replaced
the radiator and the 2 temp sensors. Only thing I couldn't figure out when
putting the radiator back in was a connector on the outside of the fan
housing. One with the blue wire plugs into the wiring harness and the other
side of the plug wasn't attached. Not sure if that's a ground wire or attached
to the compressor or something cause it's right near it. Any ideas what's
going on?

Fans turning on when temperature gauge is pointing to 12 o’clock position is perfectly normal..
Condenser fan should turn on within approximately 1 minute after a/c compressor is engaged.
IF both of these criteria are meet and engine is not *overheating* - no problem is present.
