2005 Chevy Colorado no 4wd help?

What is your question?

When I turn key all lights come on for a second then go out ,all buttons don't light up when selecting 4wd hi and 4wd lol and 2wd, I can hear the tccm click every time I push a button and the motor on the transfer case make a faint winding sound.(not like it suppose too),Need help asap ,hopefully someone has or had the same issue.
