1995 t-100 3400 starts idles fine won't rev after 1100 rpm it start popping back

it starts fine idles fine , step on the gas it's starts backfiring ,popping ,let off throttle , idles fine I've replaced everything you can think of . Replaced throttle control/injectors/all wires/voltage packs/mass air flow/ It only has 86000 original miles . body is perfect no rust,had to toyota dealer they were useless.$ 400 to bring it there 120.00 to the dealer they did nothing . They have no mechanic older than 22 year old . Weren't born when the truck was built. I've sent thousands trying to fix problem. I'm serious . I'm 70 ,fuel flow is good/compression is good

I'd be concentrating on ignition spark and timing - as well as ENGINE timing.. Timing belt equipped - very possible has jumped a tooth! ... Retarded ignition timing will cause same thing .. Measuring ignition spark kv's will be necessary.

Haw about ignition components - what has been replaced there?
they have been replaced. I bought a reconditioned engine module, plugged in all in ,no luck. spark packs have been replaced. It didn't start doing it all at once. It was a gradual slowdown of rpm's. It started developing less power ,and then all it would do is idle
You still having troubles with this vehicle? How about restricted exhaust - as in clogged catalytic converter ? Drop exhaust pipe at exhaust manifold - test drive truck.
