'04 330 Lexus SUV check eng,VSC&Trac off life's are on.Is it safe to drive

Lights are steady, can't discern any trouble while driving, drives the same...no transmission slipping, or any odd noises coming from engine....just noticed lights were on and came home, about 11 miles. Is it safe to drive it?

Anytime the check engine light stays on - the VSC & TRAC OFF lights turn on by default. Recommend *full professional scan test* to determine the failure.
