03 Chevy trailblazer LS Vibration

What is your question?

So my trailblazer for the last 2 years has had this vibration. Cleaned throttle body, replaced motor mounts, had a basic tune up "Sparks, air, oil". It has a slight hesitation, rpm dies down when stopping then comes back up. If in park and I use the windows rpm dies down. Please help me.
