No starter noise at all. Went to store with no problems. Came out and won't turn over

Hello, The battery is always the first place to look. There may not be enough power to turn the engine, but the lights and windows don't require so much. Additionally, there may be a bad fuse or relay for the starter, or the starter may have failed. A starting and charging test is fairly quick and inexpensive and will very likely bring the issue to light.
