Won't pass Az emissions

P0141 is likely from the pre-heater circuit not working. This is mostly from a bad O2 sensor. Check to make sure it is getting power to that circuit when the engine is started up cold, and make sure the wiring is OK. I suggest only using OEM O2 sensors as well. Let us know what you find out!
