What is your question?
I put some transmission stop slip and leak repair in and about 20 minutes later i went to leave and when i put it in reverse and started going it made 2 loud clanking noises and then i tried putting in park instead of leaving to find the issue and it wont click into park at all i have the ebrake pulled and when in reverse now it makes a loud grinding clanking noise but drives forward fine and all other gears just park is only one having troubke switching the gear shift too an reverse makes the loud noises but still goes backward. Can anyone tell me what this could be ?

This could be an internal transmission issue, possible axle issue. It's hard to know for sure without taking a look at it. Your best bet is to bring it in for an inspection. There is a possibility you will damage it further by driving it as is. I'd bring it in right away.Use this link to find a good shop near you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
