Won’t start Car does not start when switch is turned

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. My first suggestion is to get your vehicle to your Volvo dealership - a 2024 vehicle should still have some kind of warranty in effect. Use the roadside assistance provided with the vehicle to have the vehicle brought to your dealership for inspection and concern resolution. As to what could be happening - you could have a dead or compromised battery, or something else interrupting the power to the starting system. Because you have no lights, I'd lean towards the battery being the first concern.
