I want to make sure I understand your problem . You mentioned when the heated seats are on high they don't heat at all. Do they heat up any on low? If so it sounds like a bad switch . If they are not heating at all. Then it sounds like the dealer did not dig very deep. Heated seats are pretty simple set up . A couple of simple test would tell them where the problem is. Maybe a independent shop is the way to go . A little more personal and most of us will take the time to find root of the problem. Feel free to bring by and get a second opinion .
