What is your question?
The wipers on my Relay sometimes will not return to the fully hidden position upon turning them off. Sometimes they do. They just started this yesterday, so I do not know how often this happens. Is this a sign that the wiper moter is going out? If so how hard is it to change on the Relay? I have not looked under the hood yet. Could the problem be caused by a poor wire connection or could it be the switch?
