i have a 1996/chrysler/lhs/the windshield wipers stopped working/dead. i replaced wiper motor/and relay switch/ fuse is ok. when you turn on the wiper switch inside car/ you can hear a clicking noise in the relay switch / it just clicks everytime we change delay positions/ but windshield motor doesnt turn
