You need to have your Body Control Module ( BCM) scanned. It over sees these systems on your car. There is a module or relay or switch that has a fault. The BCM scan will help you pinpoint the problem I do NOT mean go to a parts store!! Have a shop with know how on GM BCMs do this, which does not need to be a Dealership.
