There's just one motor with linkage that connects both wiper arms. I would check to see if the wiper motor is getting power and ground to the motor when it's supposed to.

your linkage siezed needs to be replaced,hopefully you didn't burn out the motor while trying to get it to work.check on "youtube"to see removal and install When ready to reinstall make sure the wiper moves between the two stops you will need to remove and attach wipearm several times ......Once you have it operating between the stops remove wiper and wire connector reinstall linkage tighten attach connector and arms
