Your system has an INT relay and a wiper relay. There could also be a fault in the switch, or the motor itself. Add to that the connectors that attach the system and the wires themselves. Depending on your comfort with testing equipment you could test all the components until you found the fault but there are multiple systems that could cause this issue. It might be cheaper to let a shop find and repair the issue than to guess and start replacing parts, depending on your comfort.
