Hi, my windhield wiper on pass. side goes clear of the windshield when raining. replaced used wiper transmission,new transmission and same prob. Is there a recall?

The wipe that is going off the screen needs to have the wipers in the "normally parked" position. Then remove the wiper arm (probably held on with a nut under a little plastic cap) lift the arm off its splines and place the arm in a position where the blade sits at the bottom of the w/screen. As for the transmission I see 15 or so service bulletins of little relevance but no recalls.
Hi , udjustment has been made all normal when vehecle going slow, but when on highway @ 70 mph same problem goes clear of the screen. Is there a solution?
I ran into the same problem on a 01 venture. I found that when I tried to put the wiper at the bottom of the screen it would come back out adjustment. The wiper arm was slipping when I adjusted it.I believe that I had to push the arm further down on the screen to make it right. It can be bothersome but possible.
