Have someone activate the washer pump (with the key on engine off) while you listen neer the washer resivour. You should be able to identify an electric motor type sound when activation takes place. No sound, pump not running. Makes sound, hose plugged.
A Little helpful but rather obvious. In my case, it makes a pumping sound but no fluid is in evidence anywhere in the system. Still trying to find directions for accessing the pump/reservoir.
