Windows wont roll down, nor doors wont lock and keeps saying door is adjared

Hello, it sounds as if one of the door ajar switches located within one of the door latches is sticking in the "open" position. I believe the driver's door being seen as open would prevent the windows from operating. Try spraying some penetrant into each door latch and try to open and close the doors a few times, starting with the driver's door, to see if you can free up a binding switch. This could solve the problem. If it does not, it's best to have a test done to see which door is saying it is open, and then concentrate there on possibly replacing a switch. The lube trick often works, though, and is something that can be done "at home". Good luck!
