windows will not work and says top is in operation

Hello, This may be one of many failures, as there are several position sensors and a couple of control modules or integrated power units that collaborate to open the convertible roof. If all the fuses are good for the windows, you have likely done all you can, and there is likely a fault in the retractable top system that needs to be rectified before the windows will function. You could try removing the fuse for the roof to see if that will allow the windows to function.
