Window won’t stay up
What is your question?
When I roll the window up, it hits the top and rolls back down. It has happened several times over the years and holding the button down then rolling it up and holding the button has fixed it. Now no matter how careful I am trying to roll the window up, when it hits the top it goes back down. I’ve seen videos on line going back to at least 2013 Fusions so this has been a known problem for YEARS! With all the technological advancements Ford has been putting in their cars, how have they not fixed this?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Happens more often in the summer.
How long has your 2017 Ford Fusion had this problem?

There is a procedure for this, so that the system knows the proper travel of the window before detecting something in the way that reverses direction. Seek guidance at a local shop near you.
