window not working

What is your question?

I tried to let my window down a little today and I heard a noise. I could no longer use the button to move it and the window slowly went all the way down. It is cold and I can't get it to go back up. What should I do? Can I get it pulled up manually? Could it be a fuse? Is this a really bad problem? I am worried. Don't know if this is a really expensive problem. I hope not.
